Whether you work from home, on your own or in a small team, networking is a great way to get your business known.

Do you want to meet and connect with like-minded business owners?

If you are looking to meet with local businesses and have a chat over a cup of tea, then come along to Thurrock Network Group.

Since March 2020, we have been unable to meet in person and have been holding weekly online chats via Zoom. Local Thurrock businesses are welcome to join the meetings and network in a relaxed and informal surrounding.

Our format is simple. We start with open networking followed by a 60 second round which gives everyone a chance to introduce themselves and promote their business.

“Effective networking isn’t a result of luck – it requires hard work and persistence” – Lewis Howes

Due to Covid-19, we have taken our networking online.

Take time to connect and build business relationships.

Promote your business, products and services in the 60 seconds round.

I have been attending the Thurrock Business Networking Group for over 6.5 years.  I have been able to refer work to many who have attended in the past and have been able to secure valuable work from the group. During the time I have attended I have met some amazing people from all walks of life and various businesses within the Thurrock and indeed Essex surrounding area.

It’s a great group, extremely relaxed and the host Louise Ince is extremely welcoming.

During lockdown, we have continued as a group to be able to meet weekly on Zoom which has proved valuable to those who have attended.  I have made some friends for life.

I have been a member of the Thurrock Network Group group for 10 years. In that time, I have made many friends and used the services of other attendees. On one occasion, I received payment, in advance, from someone I had hardly spoken to: because the relaxed & friendly environment encourages referrals.

If you would like to be seen as a key person of influence, within the local business community, I highly recommend the Thurrock Network Group.

Thurrock Network Group is a great Thurrock-based networking group and still remains my favourite of all the networking events I attend. It’s an informal extremely well- run group. I have gained and placed business with local businesses that attend. I am looking forward to visiting again soon.
